We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of the receipt for most items in new condition. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, please contact us at service@mail.surreptiti.shop

and our customer service team will be happy to help.

In your email to us make sure you tell us:

  1. Your order number
  2. Which item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  3. The reason for return/exchange
  4. A picture reflecting the damages/defects (if applicable)

We’ll get back to you shortly with a resolution.

General Conditions

All purchases can be returned/exchanged within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, items returned must have tags still on and in their unused condition with the original packing. 

We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

Kindly Reminder

  1. Items must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
  2. Returns should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by our customer service will not be honored.
  3. Any returns received after 30 days will not be processed.
  4. The original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the items are faulty).

Fast Refund

  1. The refund will be processed the same or the next (business) day from the date of return pick-up.
  2. All refunds will be credited back to the original method used to place the order.

Shipping & Handling

Customers are accountable for return shipping charges unless the items are faulty, in which case we will refund your postage. Items are the customer’s responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse.

How to Make Your Return

  1. Visit the returns/exchange sections on the website.
  2. Email us at service@mail.surreptiti.shop for instructions and the return address.
  3. Once the returns/exchange request has been approved, follow the instructions and send item(s) back to us.
  4. Provide us with an available tracking number.
